Understand the difference between body and soul to attain spiritual knowledge.
Chapter 14:

Recognize the three gunas that govern human behavior and strive for purity.
Chapter 15:

The soul is eternal - examine this with clear understanding
Chapter 16:

Avoid negative qualities is as important as cultivating positive qualities.
Chapter 17:

Right intention is as important as right action.
Chapter 18:

True liberation comes from renouncing all desires and a complete surrender to the divine.
