2. where this information came from, how the persons disclosing it obtained the information and why it's more than likely that this is a "Goldilocks" document needed to indict #45 for crimes related to his handling of national defense information including ,but not

3. limited to, classified material. If the guests, hosts or the audience don't know what the term CIPA means, it's the procedural law related to handling classified government information in court proceedings. I concede I didn't know much about it until #45 and his parade of

4. foreign agents like Flynn and Manafort came into focus. The government does not like to put classified or other secrets in the record of court proceedings. They look for illegally handled documents that can be made public and not damage the US national security.

5. The idea that we have contingency plans for war with Iran is not a secret. We've likely had them since the Shah was deposed in 1979, if not before. They are not static. They change based on many factors. No old battle plan would ever be used because things change and the plan

6. can get out as this one did. From a international geopolitical perspective, the fact that we have war planning about Iran will only served to bolster the US standing. The plan is now burned and likely tossed shortly after #45 left office especially if they knew it was missing.

7. So what we are finding out is that the grand jury was read-in along with witnesses who had to know the context of the recording at Bedminster. The plan can be redacted in court and still give the defense the material that the court, in camera, decides is required to defend.

8. The existence of the Iran plan will not be disputed. What's in it may have little relevance other than to prove it was national defense information, classified secret and that the former POTUS took it and showed to people in his golf course. But the plan is not likely to ever

11. I would imagine those would be only shown to the grand jury through the FBI witnesses so there will be no reporting like we see regarding Bedminster. I think they are very close to indicting him and likely will when the Congress breaks after the debt limit is put to bed.
