In the previous megathread , I explained why we need to actually share data as it will bring a lot of value to humanity and lead to an acceleration in advancement of #AI . I also explained the glorious $ocean data market and how beautifully the way it functions .

I solely don't believe in this, even the World economic forum praised the work of @oceanprotocol by awarding them with the World economic forum Technology pioneer award and we also have big organisations like German central bank, @Unilever , Daimler-Mercedes Benz Singapore ...

... Toyota, European Union etc. Adopting/using the $ocean protocol infrastructure and building on top of it .

Why ?

Coz it's the damn future of data sharing ! Even the EU Data governance act ,which will come into effect this year, is all about what $ocean has been building.

The act comprises these components -

1) Public sector data usage - The act will allow reuse of public sector data like healthcare or GPS for other purposes than the ones the data was actually collected for .EU commission estimates that this data will create 11billion€ by 2028

Well, that data can be processed through @oceanprotocol compute to data and be made available for use

2)Data intermediaries - The act will allow 3rd party marketplaces to manage data sharing on behalf of data owners . Again ,bullish for $ocean

3) Personal data spaces - In this

Individuals will be able to donate ( if agreed ) their personal data to serve general interest e.g. medical research .
This fits well with @DataunionA ( built on top of $ocean )

Well, I mean to say that soon $ocean will be the law ( in a good sense )

Now, let's take a look at the $ocean ecosystem and the Devs building on top of the $ocean tool stack .
Although, there are many projects that are being built on top of @oceanprotocol but I have chosen the best of them and will try to briefly explain each one .

1) @acentrik_io -A B2B decentralised data marketplace on top of the @oceanprotocol ,built by Mercedes Benz .By leveraging $ocean V4 smart contracts ,which allows to publish data services , deploy and mint datatokens and more , @acentrik_io is now live in enterprise release.

Like the $ocean market , you can also build your own data marketplace on top of @acentrik_io
Users can publish and transact datasets , use compute services in a secure environment,thus, enabling data sovereignty . Some of the datasets published on the acentrik marketplace 👇

2) @FELT_labs - It's my favourite of all and I really like the work and their vision . Originated as an idea for Chainlink fall hackathon in 2021 , this project is innovating in the AI and Machine learning space

3) @Brainstemhealth - Another $ocean shipyard grantee

They built these innovative wearable devices which will collect your medical grade data including : heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2 and other health metrics . The wearable enables you to track/monitor your health ..

And improve it . Users can also upload their health data to @DataunionA which will then get further published to the $ocean data marketplace (if agreed to) -

3) @AlgoveraAI - sheesh, this one is just awesome . Focusing on the #AI side , this ecosystem project lets you build personalised AI assistants like #ChatGPT without coding . It allows you to connect your data sources from various sources -
#web3 data sources like $ocean market

Chainlink, IPFS etc. Or
#web2 data sources - YouTube, discord, notion etc.
Then these data sources will be further used to get relevant data and will be used to build your own personal AI assistant to help you in various workflows

4) @0xdesights - Trust me , Desights is heaven for talented data scientists. It includes challenges for data scientists and analysts across various domains . The last challenge was to develop a ML model that effectively evaluates the investor sentiment towards the $ocean token.

It ended on the 14th of June and the link is here - bit.ly/42M39Xx

However, this is just one . @0xdesights conducts various other #AI and #ML challenges in nearly every month or so and rewards data scientists up to if they have the most accurate model.

Challenges include - Predict price of $eth token , Dubai real estate data etc.

You see now, what is happening here ?
We have raw data of which #DataScientists have to build their machine learning models on , then the best of them will get published on the $ocean data market

5) @datalatteAi - The simplest of all to use through which we can literally earn through our Netflix and other social media data .

Well, these are the top 5 ( according to me ) ocean ecosystem projects , though there is one more giant which deserves a different thread altogether and that is @deltaDAO . I would love to explain it, but it won't fit in here as you can only put limited tweets in a thread .

But, don't worry , I will do a biggy big thread on @deltaDAO on the @OceanProtocolIN account in a few days and for the spoiler I will only tell you that they are literally brilliant ( idea and vision ) .

However,coming back to the ecosystem, these 6 projects are not just the only ones building on top of @oceanprotocol .The magnitude of tech adoption of $ocean looks like this ,with each team developing and innovating in their own respective niche.
