There’s a difference between white people being under attack and white supremacy being under attack. Every human being of sound mind and goodwill, including those who profess to follow Christ, should want the eradication of white supremacist ideology.
Racism and white supremacy are not about dislike, but about the power to dehumanize other races and deter those races systemically and socially based on prejudice against those races. And rooted in the belief that ‘whiteness’ is superior.
This type of supremacy, white supremacy, historically, currently & globally facilitates genocide, slavery, & discrimination that endangers millions of human beings. Denying it makes it no less true. Facing & changing it is good for ALL. If I’m diminished, you are, too.
