Here's the side letter to the Settlement/Assignment of Copyright/Non-Disparagement Agreement between Stormy Daniels and "David Dennison". It's a bit hard to read, but still worth a look. 
Paragraph 4 refers to an entity called "RCI" that, according to the side letter, is to later be given a new secret spy name. My guess is RCI stands for "Resolution Consultants, Inc." -- a misnomer of the entity Cohen created on Sept. 30th, Resolution Consultants, LLC.
Resolution Consultants LLC (yeah, real creative naming there, Cohen) was dissolved on Oct. 17th, just 2 minutes after Cohen created a new entity, called Essential Consultants, LLC.
So apparently the shell game was to have a settlement agreement that was between "Peggy Peterson" and "David Dennison," with payment to be made out from David to Peggy by a company called RCI.
It was only in the super secret squirrel side letter that it was actually clarified that (1) Peggy is really Stormy, (2) David is really Donald, and (3) RCI is really Essential Consultants.
The side agreement was then supposed to be destroyed by the parties (with only lawyers having a copy), so in theory, Stormy would never have access to a copy of the agreement that had Donald Trump's name on it.
And there would also be no paper trail out in the wild that listed the name of the entity actually used to wire the payment to Peggy/Stormy. (Of course, Cohen screwed that one up by putting his friggin' name on the incorporation docs.) 
Anyway, I'd also like to know more about the "Assignment of Copyright" portion of the settlement that the side letter refers to. Presumably in addition to the release of claims and non-disparagement, Stormy sold her rights to the story of her and Trump, similar to Karen McDougal.
Another wrinkle is the side letter's paragraph on "David Dennison," which notes that "any reference... to DAVID DELUCIA shall be deemed the same thing as referring to _________."
Makes me wonder if there might be additional agreements, perhaps executed at another time period.

To be fair, needless and futile complications kinda seem to be Cohen's thing, but still. Why would the settlement agreement need to refer to Trump by two different secret names? It makes more sense that Delucia and Dennison were the aliases Trump used in two separate agreements.
