In advance of the decision in @GoodLawProject's case against the Electoral Commission (due at 11am) let's look at some of what it, a project with an income of <£20,000 pa, has done in the last two months. THREAD
I'm going to look only at decisions from UK and foreign courts. I'm not going to focus on the pipeline of future cases around housing, the NHS, workers' rights, mistreatment of non-UK nationals and so on. /1
On 7 February, I case I funded personally, that could enable 60 million UK citizens to retain their EU citizenship after Brexit, was referred to the Court of Justice theguardian.com/politics/2018/…. /2
On 6 March, a case @GoodLawProject brought with @MollyMEP to apply political and legal pressure on Treasury and DExEU to release the secret Brexit studies was dismissed by the High Court. We announced our intention to appeal and, days later, the material was released. /3
On 13 March @GoodLawProject initiated a legal appeal and political campaign to reverse the #NotYourHome Office's decision to deport two world leading academics and their young daughter. Six days later the #NotYourHome Office reversed its decision. /4

We have succeeded, again. Here's my statement on this morning's decision from the Divisional Court. /ENDS
