1/14 On the 19/8/2018 James Maina Nga’ngá alias Apostle Ngáng’a and three others were charged before the Limuru Chief Magistrates’ Court with several criminal offences arising from the Traffic Act Cap 403 Laws of Kenya

10/14 On 13/4/2018, the Trial Magistrate adjourned the delivery of ruling to 19/04/2018. The date was further adjourned to 4/5/2018 #ODPPNg’ang’aCase
11/14 On the 4/5/2018, the Trial Magistrate acquitted all the accused person without giving reasons as to their acquittal #ODPPNg’ang’aCase
12/14 On the 7/5/2018, the Trial Magistrate did not turn up to deliver the reasons for the acquittal but forwarded the same to a different Magistrate who delivered the ruling (reasons for acquittal) #ODPPNg’ang’aCase
13/14 Being aggrieved by the decision of the Trial Magistrate, the @ODPP_KE immediately informed the Court that it shall be appealing the decision to the High Court and requires a certified copy of the decisions and records #ODPPNg’ang’aCase
14/14 It is the humble view of the @ODPP_KE that the decision of the Trial Court was erroneous and this shall be brought to the attention of the High Court for appropriate remedy. #ODPPNg’ang’aCase
