Here are few facts about the @TIME Magazine-
-The magazine known to pass judgement on important public figures, doesn't have any India bureau or any full time correspondent based in the country.
-Often India related stories are covered from HongKong(China) bureau. Time Magazine journalist Karl Vick, who wrote remarks about Indian PM has never worked in India. According to his own twitter bios, Karl was stationed at Jerusalem, Nairobi, Istanbul(Turkey)and Baghdad(Iraq). But not India.

In response to media queries the Official Spokesperson of @MEAIndia Anurag Srivastava said,
" India & China have been discussing through military and diplomatic channels the de-escalation of the situation in the border area in Eastern Ladakh. Senior Commanders had a productive meeting on 6th June 2020 and agreed on a process for such de-escalation. Subsequently, ground commanders had a series of meetings to implement the consensus reached at a higher level.

There are 84 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country, as of now.
Of these,10 have recovered and been discharged.
Contact tracing of these cases has led to the identification of more than 4000 contacts who have been put under surveillance. CabSecretary today reviewed preparedness and actions taken with ChiefSecretaries of various States through a video conference. StateGovts asked to strengthen preventive & control measures with an adequate number of isolation wards, quarantine facilities.

Today CabinetSecretary RajivGauba took another review on preparedness in the wake of Novel Coronavirus
outbreak in #China.
Secretaries from @MoHFW_INDIA, @MEAIndia, @MoCA_GoI, @shipmin_india, @SpokespersonMoD, @MIB_India,Member Secretary NDMA were present. Screening of passengers with #travel history from #China has been extended to 13 more airports, taking the total to 20.

.@MoHFW_INDIA is procuring more thermal scanners for faster screening.

Besides NIV Pune, 4 more labs have been geared up for testing clinical samples.

Safeguarding India from #CoronavirusOutbreak.

Till 26 Jan 2020, 137 flights and total 29707passengers have been screened.

Samples of 12 passengers were referred to National Institute of Virology,Pune. 

No positive case has been reported so far.
