At Warsaw’s Central Train Station, Ukrainian refugees sleep on the second floor and line up for bus and train tickets and information below. One volunteer told me some people are refusing to go to a refugee centre, preferring to stay here, others are waiting for their next trip. O’Toole doesn’t engage with the Q just repeats what his plan is. #cdnpoli O’Toole is asked again about his emissions reduction targets. In April he said he wouldn’t meet Canada’s promised 40-45% cut. He doesn’t repeat that, just says that he is commited to the Paris targets.
