How to deal with being gaslit.

Identify that you're actually being gaslit: Before you take any action, be sure of what the situation is. Gaslighting is a continuous thing, not something that happens just when the person has a bad day.
"Read our previous posts on gaslighting" Step away from the situation to calm down.
When you're being gaslit, it is normal for you to feel a range of strong emotions- anger, frustration, sadness, fear, worry, etc. But it is important that you don't let these emotions guide your reaction to them.

Picks Mic

Going broke sucks. Everybody that has never been really broke knows this.

#Picksmic #Dropsmic #mentallyawareng #MentalHealthMatters We get broke for different reasons. While sometimes it's because the economy is bad and times are hard, other times it's because we're overstretching ourselves beyond our pockets.

How do you tell the difference between a joke and bullying?
#CyberBullying #ProjectCovidNg /1 Cyberbullying is not a 'nor... All friends joke around with each other, but sometimes it’s hard to tell if someone is just having fun or trying to hurt you, especially online. Sometimes they’ll laugh it off with a “just kidding,” or “don’t take it so seriously.” #CyberBullying #ProjectCovidNg /2

Mental illnesses are brain based medical illnesses which affect the way we feel, think and behave, but most times we find that people excuse their general disinterest in the topic of mental illnesses by calling it an invisible illness. This is a thread. #KeeptalkingMH #endstigma A key part of the definition above highlights that these illnesses also affect the way we behave, hence proving that indeed it does present with physical components, #KeeptalkingMH #IamMentallyAware #EndStigma

If you need psychological help, and you ask for it, or post a tweet that suggests you need help, and we are tagged to it, we assure you, we will do everything to reach out to you regardless of your past or present. We aren't here to be your judges and we will hear you out. Here's reason why we won't take any suicide tweet or call as a joke:
