<THREAD> Let's unpack ur warped idea #CovidVaccines aren't “legitimate”, shall we?

I'll address the history of EAU’s first & then the link u think backs ur claim up

The basic principle behind the #EUA, originates from the #HIV/#AIDS pandemic identified in 1981 in N America 1/7 The first FDA issued EUA was in 2005 for an anthrax vaccine, for military personnel only. In 2009, first FDA issued EUA for civilians was for Tamiflu so it could be given to infants during the H1N1 pandemic. 2/7

This is NOT a reason to choose Medical Aid in Dying. You haven’t run out of options. I STRONGLY suggest talking to someone and working on your #Mentalhealth

*I am NOT making light of this tweet*

I was in the same headspace not too long ago. Please read this @LibbyMbc Following the deaths of VERY close #MBC friends, coupled with the pandemic, I felt the same way you do now. I was deeply depressed. My #palliativecare team had me speak with a therapist who specializes in people w Cancer.

Mind you I was already on an antidepressant....

Amy Treadway should be VERY ashamed of herself right now.
She used a #MetastaticBC womans' death to promote an organization that FAILED her and the thousands before her. 1/10 #bcsm Fact: Wendy had a TREATABLE kind of TNBC.
Fact: She found it HERSELF the way many women like her do.
Fact: Wendy was NED before her recurrence to Stage 4
2/10 #bcsm

The other night at the hospital, I witnessed some shocking behavior & sub par care by a night shift #hospice #nurse-Hospice nurses ensure a dying patient receives dignified #EOL while being kept as comfortable as possible. For 12 hours -2/28-3/1, Melissa didn't get either. THREAD I was sitting with Melissa, trying to calm her, she was agitated. RN Deb came in. She looked at me & asked who I was. Due to her tone, I told her I was family. She wanted to know who was staying over. We were curtly told only 2 were allowed, not 4. SHE was mistaken. #Hospice
