1. #technology abuse & #energy: I have thought hard about about sharing this on Twitter, but as stories of tech abuse seem to hit the news on a weekly basis at the moment (e.g. bit.ly/3vsBE6d) I thought it might be time to speak about one of my PhD findings. @exeterepg 2. My research data highlighted an emerging concern among domestic energy data users who in the course of their work generate insights about homes (e.g. consumption or heating profiles) that also indicate harms may be occurring in those spaces.

1. #digital #energy governance challenge number 2 - distributional effects and #inequalities. An enormously complex area that's hard to summarize in a tweet - really a whole PhD in its own right. Key point: digitalisation holds the potential to change the nature, spread and scale of existing energy distributional challenges, as well as introducing new ones.
