What is also remarkable is this:
Lavrov spoke 1st w/ Armenian counterpart THEN with Turkish (13.08) and only then with Azeri (14.39).
In talks w/ Çavuşoğlu Lavrov "expressed condolences to relatives of those killed" (!!!) no such remarks in readout w/ Azeris
Which leads one to think why would RUS FM condole for those killed to TUR counterpart in the Armenia-Azeri clash. Perhaps cuz there were some pro-TUR militants killed. This is only my theory based on reading of what RU been doing in last 12 hours
