Yesterday saw a late night scare for residents in #Kyiv, while Russia attacked #Kherson, #Zapoprizhzhia, #Odesa and #Donetsk regions.

#Russia's daily losses continue to creep up.
670 more soldiers losing their lives needlessly and at some point today the 185,000th troop will be killed in #Ukraine fighting a non-existent cause for a regime in Moscow as sick as Hitler's Nazis.
Fuel tanks destroyed high again.
Overnight #Russia launched another drone attack, this time in the #Dnipropetrovsk region.
All six attack UAVs were shot down.
So far at least relatively few reports of attacks on population centres today.

#Ukraine still holds the western part of the town in #Donetsk. Relatively few troops are there and they are rotated often to keep them fresh. Almost like a small attack force, they go in, attack #Russia's positions and move out 3-4 days later.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is in #Kyiv.
Jens Stoltenberg's unannounced visit started with a commemmoration to fallne #Ukraine soldiers on Mykhailivska Square in the centre of the capital.

Last night I posted a photo of damage in #Vuhledar but wasn't sure it was new.
Now soldiers of the 72nd OMBr. have confirmed an airstrike by #Russia demolished the residential block in the town. They released these photos and wrote about "the deaths of peaceful people."

#Russia says two drones have crashed inside its territory.
One UAV, alleged to have been launched by #Ukraine, was brought down "by electronic warfare" just short of the village of Murom in #Belgorod region. Explosives were being carred by the drone.

Earlier state news agencies in #Russia reported a UAV crashed in a parking lot of an airport in #Pskov.
No explosives were attached to this drone and it's thought it was gathering surveillance data, but they do not ouright blame Ukraine for this one.

#Ukraine's investigating after an unauthorised plot went wrong.
Various personnel thought a pilot in #Russia would defect + fly his plane to Kirovohrad region. But Russian found out and bombed the airfield, killing 1 person and destroying 2 jets.

This one's interesting - an electronics factory is on fire in #Moscow.
The "Kvant" complex on the outskirts of #Russia's capital reported a blaze on the second floor. The building was evacuated. They produce TVs for Chinese companies but could help the war effort

#Russia's army doing their best to sabotage the war effort again.
Some kind driver managed to overturn this anti-aircraft missile system near the village of Prudne, in #Tula region. They say it's worth about $160m.
Sadly looks like it may still be usable.
