Data-mining firm Cambridge Analytica brought in about $25 million in 2016, but business sharply declined in 2017, to approx $5 million, as questions into tactics mounted - according to new bankruptcy-court records filed on Thursday wsj.com/articles/cambr…
The company is down to about $1,500 in cash. Before it stopped operating, it was being kept afloat with a $9 million loan from Emerdata Ltd, which owns 89.5% of Cambridge Analytica LLC and is now paying the company’s U.S. bankruptcy lawyer.
