Although Shnaider & Shyfrin sold the Zaporizhstal steel mill in '09 and paid Rinat Akhmetov a $50 mil termination penalty on his bid to purchase the mill - in 2011 Akhmetov company Metinvest bought 50% of Zaporzhstal with option to purchase the other 50%
