2/ NOT a song that's designed to be sung on the Fourth or a song that uses "Independence Day" as metaphor. There are probably 4,829 songs that qualify, most of which I haven't heard, but I'm fairly confident this is No. 4829, and you can tell by the time the first line is sung:
