It's amazing to me how much pushback I'm getting on this. So here's my response:
If you care more about having been RIGHT in 2016 & holding others' mistakes over them, than about having more Americans fighting corruption alongside you, you aren't focusing on doing THE RIGHT
THING for our nation, which is to heal our rifts, to welcome the people who are just now beginning to understand that trump is a fraud, a phony, and a mobster, and that they were FOOLED by him and our MEDIA failed to cover HIS FAILINGS.
Tribalism helps our enemies tear our
nation asunder.
Balkanization helps our enemies to destroy democracy. We need all the dragon we can get to fight the corrupt mobsters in the White House. Embrace the newly hatched dragons. Forgive them for their previous ignorance, or for being fooled by a massive Op.

1) Q said the board will be shared to multiple platforms. Many newcomers wanting to learn. I had the good fortune of discovering Q just 3 days after the first post, and have seen a lot, been deceived by clowns a lot too. Here are some things I learned.
2) Let's start with accepting a few facts. We acknowledge there are criminals, of course. They rob your house, they steal your phone, they can murder you too if they think they can get away with it. We have all experienced criminals in one way or another.
3) Criminals, as we know, are those who choose personal gain over the rights of others and have no regard for laws. But here is where you need to expand your thinking. Criminals can also succeed in business and politics, and can be elected as our leaders. Why wouldn't they?

People have asked me to expand on my distaste for ANNIHILATION's cinematography in comparison to its production/effects design (hi @themetaplexcom!) so I'm gonna do a handful of case studies in this thread throughout the day. Will start with its center-framing and short-siding.
One of ANNIHILATION's primary visual framing motifs is to frame subjects either in the dead center of the frame or, in conversation scenes, to short-side them (place them on the same side of the frame as the direction they're looking, placing most of the frame "behind" them.)
This isn't just a result of ignoring conventions, but a very conscious design decision by dir. Alex Garland and his DOP Rob Hardy. Exhibit A: in this table scene, the camera position is altered to make sure that whoever is in-focus and speaking is short-sided.
