It's amazing to me how much pushback I'm getting on this. So here's my response:
If you care more about having been RIGHT in 2016 & holding others' mistakes over them, than about having more Americans fighting corruption alongside you, you aren't focusing on doing THE RIGHT
THING for our nation, which is to heal our rifts, to welcome the people who are just now beginning to understand that trump is a fraud, a phony, and a mobster, and that they were FOOLED by him and our MEDIA failed to cover HIS FAILINGS.
Tribalism helps our enemies tear our
nation asunder.
Balkanization helps our enemies to destroy democracy. We need all the dragon we can get to fight the corrupt mobsters in the White House. Embrace the newly hatched dragons. Forgive them for their previous ignorance, or for being fooled by a massive Op.
Invite them to fight corruption alongside you.

OK so I have mixed feelings on this.
I understand it's hypocritical for the fake outrage to go after her for swearing. ON THE OTHER HAND, when they go low, we should go high. She shouldn't have said that-not just because she's a congresswoman-but also because
it's not time for that kind of talk yet. The public needs to see real investigations, BY CONGRESS, that get to the bottom of what tRUmp n frenz did with a hostile foreign nation.
Her own party has criticized her for the statement for that reason-because in the eyes of the public,
it looks like pure partisanism. Yes, those who are aware of a fuller extent of tRUmp's corruption understand that he will probably need to be impeached. but the media has FUCKING SUCKED at getting the story of the extent of the corruption out to the public. So we have to wait

Sadly this happens too often. When I teach on it people sometimes get defensive & accuse me of being too cynical & negative. But that is not my goal. My goal is hope w/o hype.
There are two basic categories of abusive clergy: flat-out fakes & good gone bad.
~Fakes are described in 2nd Peter ch. 2 (it is very harsh & very foreign sounding).
~Good gone bad? See Peter's own experiences, particularly his struggles w/ tribalism in Acts 15 & in Galatians 2.
Good gone bad happens through rationalizing a little indiscretion at a time until one is shocked out how far they are from where they intended to be.

Because I don’t have any better ideas on how to stop this horror, I’d like to retain your attention with an account of another famine, which took place just 75 years ago in Amsterdam and other Dutch cities during the Hunger Winter of 1944-’45.
At the time, my grandparents were running a drugstore in Amsterdam West, which meant they had it pretty easy compared to most other people, because they had plenty to trade in exchange for food, when their money proved to be inedible.
