This is how you duplicate a radar in 2018. Starring @tweetbot, Ladybug, and Brisk.

Why? Because duplicating existing radars raise the chance that they get noticed. (See newest post on @NSHipster if you missed nshipster.com/bug-reporting/)
Therefore the next time when you see someone mentioning radars on Twitter, you can peek them with just one tap, if they have been cross-posted on Open Radar. Then, you can file a dupe if you think they are relevant.
Which is why if you want your radars be duplicated by others and noticed by Apple, you probably would want to cross-post them to Open Radar. Brisk makes this easy.
You can even open Ladybug from Open Radar website from Mobile Safari. Just tap the rdar:// part of the link.
