In Tamil Nadu there are two cartels.

DMK cartel
ADMK cartel.

Both have the same DNA , There is a saying for these two parties
" ore kuppiyil ooriya mattaigal" " dirt from the same cesspool".

Both have same modus operandi.

These two cartels have an omreta code " ie none of these two parties while in power should touch the first families of the other cartel out of power "

Only during elections they have these divisions after elections you will see both party cadre booze togather

Each of these cartels have their network at every level. Pet police officers, pet collectors, pet IAS officers. Its a well oiled machinery. The cash flow is bottom to top & channels of cash flow are clearly defined. The % is also defined. Everything works in clock wise precision.

You will see members of the same family in top posts in both the parties. When one is in power the other one is protected by the one In power. Outwardly they will act as sworn enemies, this is to fool the public.

If a party stays in power for a term of 5 years ,unconfirmed reports say the party pockets close to 3 lakh crores.That's a conservative estimate.Mind you this is the money the top leadership of the cartel makes. Top leadership eats meat & throws bones to cadre, that's enf for em

Most important investment for this cartel is in hospitals & educational institutions. Here black becomes white . Most members of this cartel will own educational institutions.

Both these cartels know how to tame babus, they treat them like dogs , give them big bones & these babus get their share. They become pliable.
