One time a social services agency sent me a child's entire file, and the person had redacted it using a blue pen she'd just scribbled out black ink with. Then she scanned it in full color and sent it to me. Was I just supposed to ignore that the text was completely visible?
Another time a state sent me a CD containing the full social security numbers of every single social worker in the state (I sent it back). Another time someone accidentally CC'ed me on a report they were sending to someone else so they could redact that report and send it to me.
Another time the a city accidentally sent me their discussions of my FOIL along with what I'd requested, containing an extensive back and forth about how they could prevent me from having the information.
