@parcelforce Just had a text message to say delivery was attempted and card left (after “insufficient address” failure message on Saturday). No delivery has been attempted and no card has been left. Someone’s lying or incompetent.
Just had another successful delivery from the very efficient @officialUKMail though, strange that they can find us and ring the doorbell without a problem?
@parcelforce your tracker says “Our driver has taken your parcel to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect. The card left by our driver will give the details of the Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the parcel.” No card was left.
