Mueller's office says it's ready for Trump's former national security adviser, Mike Flynn, to be sentenced. Prosecutors had previously said they would delay his sentencing until his cooperation was complete. 
Prosecutors and Flynn's lawyers both requested that sentencing memos be filed "no more than two weeks" to sentencing, which they suggested happen on Nov. 28 or soon thereafter.
That's not a request you see in every case. It means the public won't get information about the subject of Flynn's cooperation - a big open question in Mueller's investigation - until after the midterm elections.
The fact that Mueller's office says it's ready to proceed with sentencing Mike Flynn is a sign that prosecutors don't intend to use him at a witness at any trials. Typically, cooperators are sentenced after they testify. (E.g., no sentencing date yet for Rick Gates.)
