Undercover agreed to drop a “sixth-grade” girl off at the trailer Tuesday in the parking lot near Baymont Inn and Suites, the hotel that Hessler owns,

For two decades, Hessler had been doing the “training of slaves” in his trailer with the aid of clients from New York and Boston.

The suspect said he hoped to “train” a preteen child that is in a foster home or with the Connecticut Department of Children and Families.

Using the email address, [e-mail], Hessler had sought photos of young Mexican girls to set up a “casting couch interview,” the warrant says.

The agreed-upon price for two days of “limitless sex (but no bruises)” — was $500, police said. The girl was to be handcuffed, gagged and blindfolded with equipment Hessler left in the trailer and a photo sent to him once that was done.

Police contacted Hessler’s wife, who asked immediately if he had “done something with underage girls,” the warrant says. The woman later called back, saying she found 11 flash drives in their bedroom in Ellington. Police later retrieved the flash drives.

Initially, reporting to Ambulance Corps supervisors, Doyon was assured that her daughter would not have contact with Hessler.

But when that failed, she spoke with the Connecticut State Police in March, after the First Selectman Lori Spielman reported an incident to police.

Pedophile Hessler was the second in command of the Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps and worked with several juveniles in the Explorer Post.

An Ellington mother, Melissa Doyon. was upset that on two occasions, she reported inappropriate behavior to ambulance officials and then to police. Even after the complainants, Hessler was still overseeing juvenile girls in the Explorer Post.
