People are constantly asking me how to start making money online.

The best ways are to know something that other people want to know

Help people make money.

I’ll explain.

People say analysis paralysis is bad. It can be useful. The keys are to consume valuable information AND keep track of it. It can be used for later.

You want to know something that everyone wants to know. That way you’re considered to be an expert.

Start your consumption month.

Get a knowledge journal. Write down all the things you learn about this ONE subject.

You should be listening to podcasts, books, reading blogs and watching YouTube videos on ONE subject.

This is part of building that expert status.

After a month, it’s time to turn down the consumption and start the creation.

Choose your style of content and get going. Put out at least three pieces of content every week.

Make sure your call to action (CTA) is always your mailing list. The first milestone is 500.

Don’t attempt to sell anything before reaching 500 subscribers OR until you have a massive reach on social media. Just focus on growing. The money will come.

Be patient.

Put out your content for 2-3 months consistently. Really build that audience.

In about your fourth month, you’re ready for that first sale.

But don’t start spamming your timeline or mailing list. Use this strategy.

Start off with an ebook. Make it about 15 pages. It shouldn’t be free but it should only cost $17 or something like that.

This gets people that are interested to buy.

The goal isn’t to make $100k from the ebook. The goal is to get interest.

After your first ten buyers, send them all emails and schedule phone calls. Tell them you’re launching a course soon and want their feedback on the ebook.

“What would you have loved to learn in the ebook?”
“What would you be willing to invest for this information?”

Record the data. This helps you with pricing and content for the bigger course.

Now you’re ready to create. Go into development mode of your course. Get everything ready.

Send the preorder link to your mailing list and promo on social media.

If the price $997, give it to them for $497. Increase sales early.

Go back to your focus group. Every person you called, call them again. Tell them they get discounted access for helping you build the course.

Price is $997, they get it for $749.

Still not done with the focus group.

After they get the course and love it, get testimonials. ONLY video testimonials. They’re more powerful than written.

Now you add your video testimonials to your landing page. THIS is the link you send to your mailing list AND promo on social media.

Let them know the course is launched and ready for them.

That’s your formula for becoming an expert online.

✅ Strategize EVERY release
