So, this is day 2 of waking up after taking the new sleeping supplement. I slept okay last night (big change from before, I've been sleeping terribly or not at all for a long time), feel less hung over today than yesterday.
My brain is still not quite firing on all the cylinders during the day but I am having very interesting dreams when I sleep, which I take as a sign that I'm getting deeper and better quality sleep than I've been used to.
I'm going to keep it up for a few more nights and see if I start feeling better during the day; if not, I'm going to cut the pills out and see if I'm able to sleep at night without them with the insomnia cycle broken.

1/ A thread on why there is so much volatility in the crypto market and why I think that is a good thing.
2/ There are a few reasons for all the volatility in crypto markets.
3/ For one, it’s an always-on, casino and many “investors” (read: gamblers) treat as such. For me, this is the least interesting (though perhaps most explanatory).
