Hada Labo Toner have always been one of my holy grail product because it consists of all my favourite ingredients (Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate) & free from alcohol/fragrance/colorant definitely one of my promising product 🥰
And nmpk tak betapa I ni easily distracted kalau nk study...... 🤣 You know I just realised product yg I letak kat atas meja adalah product yg I selalu guna.....😍

So our original plan is to go to Ipoh after our examination end. But one of my friend said,

`Ipoh takda apa, pergi Penang laa’ because it’s just 2 hours driving from Ipoh.

My other friend :

`Takpun pergi Pangkor tak jauh sgat dri Ipoh’
Then my other friend :

`Takpun stay Ipoh je lahhhh’

So right now we don’t know where to go because time constraint because we are planning for 2 days & 1 night trip only.

If we want to go to Penang, the next early morning we need to be on our way to Penang already.
But then we have to return straight from Penang to UIA because we have to return our key & check out from our Mahallah.

So I really don’t know is there any good places to visit around Ipoh or is it really worth it to visit Penang for one day trip.

Do you understand the ways in which innovation sticks at the micro level and the macro-level ecologies in which that happens?

The ecology makes certain product characteristics stickier than others and favors some innovation channels over others.
There are two major macro-level models of innovation – disruption, which is most clearly expressed in the US, and incrementing, which is the innovation model in Japan and Germany.

Since you will ask: innovation in China is a Wild West mix of these three models.
Disruptive innovation works through the obsolescence of existing companies, products & modes of competition, their decline & disappearance.

The US tech sector is the prime example. In the archetypal story, a garage-based company comes out of nowhere to disrupt entire markets.

One thing I love about history is how small & insignificant things at the time can end up telling us so much.

A good example is how 1,800 years ago a school bully scratched some graffiti into the wall of his school, & accidentally gave us the first visual depiction of Christ.
In 1857, while excavating ruins on the Palatine Hill in Rome, researchers stumbled across the ruin of a Paedagogium, an old school building for training imperial page boys.

The school had been walled up sometime in the 3rd century to support constructions above it.
Inside, they found the walls scrawled with graffiti, left by the generations of students who had passed through.

Among them, they found a graffito apparently mocking one of the students for being part of a strange new religion sweeping the Empire. He was a Christian.

One of the most interesting places my ruins research has taken me is into the world of ancient Arabic poetry.

So here's the story of how a tiny fragment from the opening of ancient poems became one of the most enduring poetic tropes in history: that of "stopping by the ruins"
In Arabic literature, nothing is more redolent of loss & longing than the motif of wuquf 'ala al-atlal (الوقوف على الأطلال), stopping or standing by the ruins.

This beautiful motif originates in the pre-Islamic period, & occurs continuously in the history of Arabic poetry.
The motif sees a wandering Bedouin come across the ruin (atlal) of a campsite & become lost in memory.

The word wuquf / وقوف holds the double meaning of standing & stopping, so this portion of the poem usually forms a moment of stillness & meditation, outside of time.
