Manafort wants to proceed to sentencing instead of contesting Mueller's claims that he lied at a hearing.

However he would like to see any "witness statements" that might suggest he lied.
The filing was improperly redacted, so let's look at what's under the black bars. First redaction reveals Manafort and Kilimnik met in Madrid.
Second redaction is about Manafort's discussions with Kilimnik about a "Ukraine peace plan." And also says gov't alleges Manafort shared presidential campaign polling data with Kilimnik.
Third redaction suggests witnesses have given some info to Mueller about a $125K payment involving Manafort. This payment reportedly involves a pro-Trump Super PAC. nytimes.com/2018/12/13/us/…
Final redaction is about alleged Manafort contacts with Trump admin. Manafort team says one claim of an indirect contact is nothing of the kind, the other is "hearsay"
Re: Manafort and polling data -- it's not necessarily Trump campaign polling data. It is "polling data" that's "related to the 2016 presidential campaign."

There were multiple subjects where investigators claimed Manafort failed to provide accurate and full information, including his meetings and conversations with Konstantin Kilimnik, an alleged Russian intelligence agent accused of having ties to Russian military hackers.

What does that mean? He conspired to commit a crime against the US or to defraud the US:
A conspiracy, definitionally, requires more than one conspirator. Who did Manafort conspire with? The first paragraph dealing with Count 1 names Richard Gates and Konstantin Kilimnik "and others"

Mueller's investigators are *still* getting search warrants on Manafort. This year, it requested a warrant for information on five AT&T telephone numbers.
News: Mueller's office obtained search warrants on ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort as recently as March "relating to ongoing investigations that are not the subject of either of the current prosecutions involving Manafort."
