This is why Ed Buck wasn’t charged when Gemmel died, “inadmissible search and seizure” BUT that’s not because Buck’s attorney argued it, the District Attorney literally faulted themselves. 
@Techno_Fog @Barnes_Law what are your thoughts on this? When there’s a dead body found do you still have to wait on a search warrant? If only the DA always came clean about their faults🤣
Should be noted that paraphernalia was visible around the house as well, are police supposed to close their eyes and wait to see what a judge says? I don’t get it. Also how above the law do you have to feel to not even hide that shit.
