NJC isn't a court. NJC cannot declare you guilty or innocent.

NJC was put in place to protect the bench from arbitrary harassment of judges.

However the NJC cannot arrogate itself the power to determine the guilt or innocence of judges accused of crime by law enforcement.
By making the erroneous stipulation that allows a "technicality" in deciding what type of crime an accused judge can be directly tried for in court, Justice Abimbola Obaseki-Adejumo (JCA) whose husband (Babatunde Adejumo) being the President of the National Industrial Court is a
member of the NJC, has made an error arguably out of conflict of interest.

By placing the NJC as a buffer between the courts and law enforcement, Justice Abimbola Obaseki-Adejumo, through her infamous judgement, has made herself a tool in the hands of those who would wish to
escape justice for crimes through the backdoor of the NJC.

Who are those judges, constitutionally empowered to mete justice, in the judicial system that are afraid of justice?

How can you be afraid to ingest medicine that you dispense daily to ordinary Nigerians?
