This morning I heard from ReNetX Bio, a company in New Haven developing a treatment aimed at reversing paralysis for patients with spinal cord injuries. But thanks to the shutdown they can't submit the new drug for FDA review.

All of these people in our state are hurting because the President is using them as bargaining chips in order to get his stupid wall. We need to reopen the government and we need to do it now.
