1/ This, by Phil Zelikow, is just right. Except that there needn't be just one "report." The 600.8(c) report on prosecution decisions can and should be distinct from any counterintel report.

2/ The unusual aspect here is that counterintel "reports" (or results) are typically not public--not even shared w/Congress in detail--because they're typically full of sources & methods and because their function is to help the IC address the problem.
3/ And the POTUS is head of the IC. The sensitive strategic decision for Mueller, then, is to figure out who the audiences/recipients for this counterintel report should be--presumably POTUS in the first instance ("Mr. President, I have some unwelcome news . . . "); but then ...
4/ ... the IC? SSCI/HPSCI? The public? And how it can safely be conveyed without compromising national security/intelligence secrets?

1/ If I'm understanding the Administration rollout, the emergency declaration won't even be relevant for years, because allegedly they'll first spend $2.5 billion for implementation of 284(b)(7) authority to construct "fences" to block drug smuggling corridors.

2/ Has anyone figured out where that $2.5 billion would be found? The most recent DOD appropriations law only appropriates $881 million for all DOD drug interdiction activities combined.

1/ Legislative decisions don't get much easier than this one. Whatever their motives, the protestors are irrationally and cruelly advocating child neglect. The bill would at least ameliorate the problem somewhat. Truth be told, though . . .

Sure, @HesterPeirce's speeches do not necessarily reflect the thinking of everyone at the SEC, but she has one of the five votes over enforcement decisions carried out by the Commission.
The Howey test for determining whether something is a security is cited by regulators and lawmakers as if we expect every crypto-entrepreneur to know what it is & how courts and the Commission have applied it over the years.

That really shouldn't be the expectation.

1) Si tenés alguien cercano al que le diagnosticaron #cáncer, quizás te sirva este numerado sobre el Acceso a la Medicación del cáncer en Argentina
2) Cuando una persona se entera del diagnóstico del cáncer tiene que procesar al mismo tiempo que tiene una enfermedad y que va a tener que recorrer un camino (muchas veces MUY DIFÍCIL) para conseguir la medicación.
3) Desde el diagnóstico, hasta poder acceder a la medicación, puede pasar más de 1 mes (en algunos casos más...). Esto depende de la información que tenga el paciente, su cobertura, el acompañamiento médico, etc

 Many news sites refer to Badwan as either a protestor or a demonstrator who was shot and killed by the #IDF. The photo on the left, from the DailyMail, states Badwan is a protestor. The photo on the right from CGTN states Badwan is a protestor as well.

 The problem is Badwan wasn’t there to protest in the way most people think. This video was taken Friday afternoon at the Karni crossing where Palestinians were clashing w/ #IDF soldiers. At the end, you can see Badwan being evacuated after getting shot by the #IDF.
