How it all ends

‘They shall see his face…they shall reign forever and ever.’ 
Revelation 22:4-5 NKJV
1. In order to know how a story ends, you must read the last chapter. And in Revelation chapter 22, the final chapter of the Bible, we read about two glorious prospects that will be enjoyed by every redeemed child of God. Let’s look at them: 1) ‘They shall see His face.’
2. One of the greatest joys of heaven will be seeing the faces of our departed loved ones and spending eternity with them. But thrilling though that may be, it will not compare with the joy of seeing the face of Jesus, the One we love most. The songwriter said, ‘Face to face...
3...with Christ my Saviour, face to face what will it be. When with rapture I behold Him, Jesus Christ who died for me.’ And that’s not all; read this: ‘Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed...
4...we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is’ (1 John 3:2 NKJV). We will see Him, we will be like Him, and we will be with Him forever. How wonderful! 2) ‘And they shall reign forever and ever.
5. Just as the exams you took in school qualified you to graduate and go out and make a living, the tests and trials of this life are qualifying you to graduate and reign with Christ in the next life. Keep your eyes on the prize.
6. This life is the short story; the next life is the big story – seeing Jesus face to face, and reigning with Him forever.

@OpenFundingNG So far the GDP figures shows that the decline in the contribution of Agriculture is offset by increase in contribution of services as against industries. Most developed nations and emerging economies are increasing the contribution of manufacturing to their GDP....
@OpenFundingNG ...because that is one place u can good skilled Jobs. We must do same by investing heavily in capital expenditure like infrastructure (roads, rail and power) and also in the ease of doing business. We must also ensure that rates are at a level that can drive growth. #GrowthForAll

Reading a 2015 book about the intellectual origins of Alexander Dugin called Black Wind White Snow.

And it seems to be...the fascist strains of German Romanticism but applied to Russians with less intellectual heft? And Orientalism.
Which is funny because they see it as an original intellectual movement.

Why am I reading this? I have a background in philosophy and figured I would pick up on this shitty version easily. And I'm an American -- we need to know about this now.
I've only read the first chapter, about these two linguists who originated this thinking as exiles after the revolution.

They're said to be the only two people with real intellectual chops behind any of this, and their theories are preposterous.

This is wrong. I’m from New Orleans. Our culture is a gumbo of French, African, Spanish, Cajun, Creole, Caribbean, Cuban, Haitian, German, Irish, Italian/Sicilian, English, American, Vietnamese, etc, etc. And, while there are problems, it isn’t b/c cultures coexisted and blend.
2) People like Carlson lie about what America was/is to push a nativist agenda, only existing in fantasy. There are universal truths transcending cultural differences & enabling us to celebrate others and come together. Conservatives once believed this was the beauty of America.
3) Christianity teaches that people from every nation, tribe, and language are equally made by God and can come together with all of their cultural gifts/treasures in one church United in Christ. America is best when it mimicks that reality, though it can’t replicate it.
