This outrage is not going to work. The bill will be passed. The root problem of Assam is still not being recognised by the agitators because most are driven by a agenda and see some potential is consolidating a seat for themselves in the future. #citizenshipamendmentbill
The literate youth of assam has not much concern for their land. Most are intoxicated by the beautiful weather or by the beautiful women or by the beautiful natural beauty of assam. They soon leave assam thinking they'd be better off being servants outside their motherland.
Once they secure a job they believe their life is complete. Their social debt, they believe, has been paid. They believe now that they earn they are successful. Their social debt do not include examining the identity crisis of their culture.
These people's image of society include their friends and their family. If they impress them they think themselves successful. They neither have concern for their ancestral lineage nor about the brothers of their own land. These people are more responsible for our loss.
The immigrant problem is only a consequence of such a cancerous mentality. The youth of today do not have any sense of indigenous identity except if they are from rural background. They only want to be wealthy kings and enjoy at the eventual cost of their motherland.
When you can't get rid of this cancerous mentality stop dreaming that you can ever get rid of any Bangladeshis. Bangladeshis will live in our state regardless because they do all our menial jobs that our wannabe kings can never think of doing.
And they think they can get rid of the immigrant problem by just carrying out protests? Crying and protesting isn't productive. Productive is a plan which targets the root. The root of our problem is mentality which has resulted in a lack of indigenous labour.
The immigrants now make the most of the lack of indigenous labour in our land. When the whole grassroot is hijacked you think an Assamese identity can sustain? Dream on. No capitalist here would not say no to cheap immigrant labour even if he is himself an Assamese.
The people of assam have got to learn that the problem today is a consequence of a terminal mindset disease. The people of assam are blaming everyone except themselves because they have failed to see the root problem. They see things only as they are fed to them by media.
