Hi. I’m Gemma, proud working mum of 2 and cofounder of @UKCultureShift. I thought I’d properly introduce who I am and what we do. #CultureShift is our #TechForGood business whose mission is to positively change culture. Our first product is called @reportsupport_

It’s an #onlinereportingsystem which allows those who have experienced or witnessed any kind of #harassment or #abuse to report it and find the support they need ❤️

From an organisations point of view it allows you to respond to situations more effectively as well as monitor and tackle any worrying #culturaltrends.

So far we have concentrated our efforts on the #HigherEducation sector, and I’m really proud that 20% of the #universities in the UK are currently licensing Report + Support. 🙌🏼

But we need to do so much more! It seems like a week can’t go past without another sector being called out for either brushing the issues under the carpet or covering up #bullying, #harassment and #abuse with #NDAs and #payoffs.

I’m looking for organisations who truly want to tackle issues and manage and mitigate the risk to their #reputation. Issues need to be addressed before they escalate to the point of #whistleblowing.
