BREAKING: Judge Amy Berman Jackson has ruled in favor of the OSC filing saying that Manafort has lied while under the plea agreement. She has found that Mueller does NOT have to honor the terms of the pleading. Manafort will prob be in jail for the rest of his life now.

2-Manafort's sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 13. OSC can add up to 10 yrs to his existing sentence. And at 69 yrs old, that is the likely the equivalent of life. He's banking on Trump pardoning him, and he is TERRIFIED of Russia & the Ukraine. #WednesdayWisdom

3-The ruling states that Manafort lied to the FBI, OSC and the Mueller Grand Jury in regard to something to do with a Trump Super PAC (remember Trump saying he wasn't taking any $ in the campaign?) & @ his talks with Konstantin Kilimnik. Much is redacted..more will be revealed.

4-There's already press and pundit spec that Manafort may be forced to cooperate again in a post conviction coop agreement, but his credibility issues will confound that. IF on the off chance Manafort caves & can be corroborated this will be THE smoking gun. Trump will be GONE.

5-Make NO mistake, this is the COLLUSION key to the Trump Russia investigation. Esp whatever information Manafort & Gates passed off to Kilimnik involving campaign poll #s that were highly confidential.. it's a direct tie to the campaign fix by Russia & to Trump's knowledge of it

A- From the ruling: "I. OSC has established by a preponderance of the evidence that defendant intentionally made false statements to the FBI, the OSC, and the grand jury concerning the payment by Firm A to the law firm, a matter that was material to the investigation.

B-"See United States v. Moore, 612 F.3d 698, 701 (D.C. Cir. 2010).
II. OSC has failed to establish by a preponderance of the evidence that on October 16, 2018, defendant intentionally made false statements concerning Kilimnik’s role in the obstruction of justice conspiracy.

C-"III. OSC has established by a preponderance of the evidence that the defendant intentionally made multiple false statements to the FBI, the OSC, and the grand jury concerning matters that were material to the investigation: his interactions and communications with Kilimnik.

D-"IV. OSC has established by a preponderance of the evidence that on October 5, 2018, the defendant intentionally made false statements that were material to another DOJ investigation.

7-Glenn Kirschner, former Fed Prosecutor, whom I find highly credible, just said, "Mueller had a TACTICAL reason for getting that Federal Judge to say [on the record] that Manafort is a liar" Maybe Mueller DID get the goods on collusion from Gates & just needs the corroboration.
