eSignatures vary in style, from names typed or scrawled with stylus pen, to uploaded images of a wet signature, which is the case in @BallardFirm's case. Most American multinationals in Nigeria use eSignature as described, on internal memo issued on behalf of senior executives.
@BallardFirm only came around to scam a scammer. US lobbyists are mostly lawyers who exploit US law loopholes. He co-opted Nigerian analysts into his firm, for Atiku's contract, for roles he knows are indicting for US citizens, then ring fenced his firm for eventuality as this.
If @BallardFirm is suing @jeffphilips1, it should be prepared at the instance of the court to surrender its server to an Israeli firm already on notice, to analyse its Public Key Infrastructure, Signing Certificate & Certificate Authority, to authenticate this communications.
However, @BallardFirm knows his client is daft, hence, it suffices, issuing a flaccid disclaimer to Nigerians that he has no contract with. Verifying cryptographic signatures from @BallardFirm would reveal d truth, but in this case, @atiku has no need to verify. He knows d truth.
