4. CCT has jurisdiction over Onnoghen's case & his lordship erred by failing to make appearance after he was properly served, but began to shop for injunctions.

5. Buhari should reverse himself, contrary to the order of the CCT, in order to give the judiciary a soft landing of finding a leeway out of the corner it boxed itself into. Whatever the options, the rules would have to be bent, to help the law.
