Team, we desperately need your help.

We are fighting to get Noe, one of our clients, out of detention in Texas.

Noe is a 72-year-old grandfather with Alzheimer's.

ICE is refusing to release him, even though his health is deteriorating by the day.

#ReleaseNoe
Before he was detained, he forgot things. He left the stove on once; the fire dept. was called.

Since getting locked up, his health has deteriorated further.

We asked @ICEgov to allow him to fight his case outside, but instead they offered to put him in solitary confinement.
He’s at the Port Isabel detention center, the same center where a migrant woman recently lost her baby in a stillbirth.

ICE is not giving him the treatment he needs.

Each time his family speak with him he thinks he's getting out the next day. He doesn't understand where he is.
Noe is a loving & dedicated father & grandfather to his daughter, Sandra, and three grandchildren.

He has other medical conditions, like cancer and diabetes, in addition to Alzheimer's.

This is the man ICE wanted to put in solitary.
According to Noe’s daughter, Sandra, he needs medication and special care every day in order to function at normal levels.

She has seen the decline in her father during her visits.
Please call the Port Isabel detention center: 956-547-1700 and demand they #ReleaseNoe now. Stay on the line and tell the operator we are calling to demand that Noe De La Cruz (A035302758) gets released!

Solitary confinement is not a substitute for true medical care.
