During our chat, @MimiRocah said that any double jeopardy motion by Manafort's attorneys would "not be a frivolous challenge," but rather a "very, very fact-specific" one that she believed Vance's office would surmount.
Unlike Mueller's famed "speaking indictments," NYDA charging papers typically say little, but the state Manafort charges do disclose dates of the transactions. Those can be cross-referenced with with city records and EDVA documents. Some of that analysis in my story.
