Bila apply job kat mana2 company, ada 1 benda yg x ramai buat after submit application/go for interview.

Send “THANK YOU LETTER”. If you, dah bagi peluang then org tak cakap thanks, apa you rasa? Ok baca thread ni for reference.

I tau you guys dah baca tips ni but ada yg buat tak? And tau kenapa kena submit?

Let say if you dah pergi iv. But no calls after that. Sayang tau, maybe you dalam top 10 yg company dah shortlist, but company nak 3 org je. IF you ada effort by send them this ty letter...

...maybe they can consider it. Why? Because of your EQ. Ramai okay fresh grade lack of EQ. No exp kann.. Konon fast learner, tapi kena marah sikit dah syahdu. So they need to choose best candidates. Maybe dgn thank you letter, you akan diserap? Who knows?

Act, masa study I pernah jadi Exco Sponsorship. My lecturer marah gila okay kalau tak send thank you letter. Why? Its effect the future.

I penah lupa send letter ni dulu. Next semester company tu dah xlayan nak sponsor 😂 Yang I send ty letter, senang je sponsor lagi. Hahaha

Ingat 1 je, yg tinggi IQ ni ramai. But yg tinggi EQ susah nak cari. Bila jumpa je, memang recruiter terus tick.
