Anti-gay right-wing base is still winning w/o traditional big business support.
If the Democrats cannot win back Wisconsin, then they need to flip another Trump state. Don't say Florida, not after the 2018 double-fail.

5/ Hagedorn was Scott Walker's chief legal counsel for 5 years.
Walker barely lost in 2018. 5 months later, urban Dem turnout was down. Urban turnout will be better in Nov 2020, but Wisconsin seems to be the key toss-up.
