Waiting on my turn in the shower to find out how bad my feet are.
Gutted to be missing the Miguel Indurain cycling event in Navarre today.
Feet report: No new blisters after 30km in the new shoes. Not even made any of the existing blisters worse.
So new shoes are staying and old ones going in the bin. They are dangerous.
In other good news the swollen and bruised left toe looks much improved. Just some broken skin and blister calluses now.
Less good is the right big toe. Looks like the left big toe problems migrated there. It’s touch and go at the moment. Hopefully the new shoes and some more foot care will reduce the swelling. Otherwise... :(
Everything is okay now. I have a backup for tomorrow too! :)
