What you see here are fibroids, they can grow from as small as a coin to as big as a watermelon

They can cause
heavy periods
Painful periods
urinating often (from a fibroid pressing on the bladder)
In some cases, if large enough can cause miscarriages or problems conceiving
The people who have a bigger risk of getting fibroids are:

Women above 30 years of age, but it can occur in people younger
Women who have a family history of this
Women who are obese
African women

Can be removed by surgery
Fibroids are not cancerous.
Please note that fibroids may grow back after surgery,

Some drugs can also be given to help shrink your fibroids, but this is done before surgery to make it easier to remove.

Can some foods shrink fibroids?
There is no evidence that this works, always see a doctor
