1. I led a short meditation before the second seder I attended Saturday night, the gist of which was a series of Passover/spring-related prompts. Thought it was worth sharing here.....

2. Think of a time in your life when you were in deep suffering

Think of a time in your life when the clouds parted and you were relieved of your suffering

3. Think of a time in your life when you shed tears of grief

Think of a time in your life when you shed tears of joy

Think of those things you have yet to shed tears over but maybe might need to

4. Think of something you’ve built of which you’re very proud

Think of something you haven’t built yet but hope to one day

5. Think of a time or times in your life when you made great sacrifices

Think of a time in your life when you witnessed or experienced something that could only be called miraculous

6. Think of those areas in your life where you feel trapped or enslaved

Think of those areas in your life where you feel free or liberated

7. Think of seeds you’re currently planting

Think of that which you planted years ago that has now grown
