4/ P.S. Just to be clear: I don't mean to suggest Mueller did a single thing wrong: Indeed, I think he acted precisely as he ought to have done, with integrity, judgment and fairness. It wasn't his job to try to outmaneuver the GOP legal machine--to the contrary.
