I know that a lot of people have been talking about the ten year run that Disney/Marvel has been on recently. But let’s not forget the incredible run Disney had from 1989-1995.

A genius whose innovation leads him to shrink his loved ones.

Before there was Hank Pym, there was Wayne Szalinski.

An overlooked little sister that likes to stay in her cave and play with her toys.

Before there was Shuri, there was Ariel.

An altruistic leader representing the best within all of us, willing to lay down his life for those around him.

Before there was Captain America, there was Shadow.

A disillusioned villain who is trying to make sure what happened to him as a child doesn’t happen to others.
