Let's talk about some under-appreciated features of @Baremetrics

Under-utilized, or maybe seemingly insignificant features that have become a part of my daily workflow.

1. Setting goals

The precise tracking you get for something that's so arduous to reproduce is unmatched!
2. Annotating

A long-time feature, yet so under-appreciated. Everyone's going crazy over Google Analytics annotations but how much more important is it to do this for revenue and growth metrics?

Being able to look back is so insightful and rewarding.
3. Breakdown module

We recently shipped a couple more views and being able to toggle between "This month," "Last month," "Today," and "Yesterday" is invaluable. I check these literally every day.

There's never a doubt or question about your business performance.
4. Cohort analysis

This is always the first place I go when I'm consulting with a customer.

Where are the drop off points? Why do some cohorts retain better than others? Where's the most room for improvement?

The cohort analysis tells you so much about your onboarding, too.
5. Cancellation Insights

I'm still amazed we can get this level of detail and feedback directly from our customers. While it hurts to see sometimes and is always humbling, there's maybe better data to collect.

Which reasons are the most prevalent? Which are the costliest?
That's all :) Thanks for reading folks.
*maybe NO better data...”
