Update on Dmitry Firtash - his lawyer Dan Webb sent a letter to the judge in Chicago urging her to rule on his motion to dismiss the case

Webb says Austrian Supreme Court will hold a public hearing & rule on Procurator General’s recommendation (related to Firtash) on June 25th
Webb sent a similar letter in October 2018 claiming that Firtash's extradition may be imminent
This thread has some background on the US extradition request for Firtash - who was indicted in Chicago because one of his companies allegedly was involved with bribing officials in India in a deal to broker titanium for Chicago based Boeing

Dmytro Firtash’s is an Ukrainian Oligarch. His wealth stems in large part from the lucrative natural gas trade in Ukraine, whose pipelines have long served as the key conduit for Russian gas supplies heading to Western Europe.

Judge Jackson said she’s considering a gag order in the Roger Stone case because it’s “a criminal proceeding, not a public relations campaign.”
We probably won’t know for at least a week, maybe more, whether a gag order will actually be imposed.
A gag order would apply to both sides, but Judge Jackson clearly directed her comments toward Roger Stone, who has been railing against the proescution in interviews
